service catalog count

Description of problem:There are three catalogs in OPS UI and 5 catalog items.
Login in SUI , the service catalog count on left shows three (number of catalogs) and right side displays 5 catalog items. Since we are not showing catalogs in SUI anymore , the service catalogs should show number of catalog items on both right side and left menu (count)
