Description of problem:

- Wait for all nodes being added before running ansible (PR 302)
- enable injection of custom ca cert into trust chain
- Create the wildcard DNS entry for the dedicated LB
- Add support for dynamic DNS updates
- katello consumer ca cert install fails when using https or yum install
- Remove internal nameserver and host file manipulation
- allow a caller to specify the ansible version for OCP install
- changed skip_ansible to two switchs: prepare and execute ansible
- fixed heat template replacement strings for OSP_VERSION
- Do not reboot master on scaleup when using volume quota
- Allow the user to select the OSP version on which the stack will run (#313)
- replace references to OSE and OpenShift Enterprise to OCP and OpenShift Container Platform
- Add SYSTEM_UPDATE option for atomic hosts (#310)
- Fix openstack command in README
- Add loadbalancer entries and openstack command to README
- Use XFS by default for registry volume
- Add instructions to disable Cinder volume on nodes
- Remove node's contraints
- Fix multiple ansible runs on the initial stack-create
