Radosgw consumes lots of memory during multisite sync when there are errors

Run Multisite on two ceph clusters with errors

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run multisite on between two ceph cluster
2.produce network error
3.

Actual results:
Radosgw start using lots of memory

Expected results:
regular memory usage
