Description of problem: Approve or Deny order not working.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create few service requests in OPS UI .
2. Login in SUI . Click on order , select any order checkbox
3. lifecycle - Approve or Deny.
4. UI freezes. Nothing happens.No error in logs .

Need to remove that approve / reject functionality.

removed from code.  Closing issue.

Re-opening this, we want QE to verify that its all removed.

Satoe, can you make sure this flips appropriately.  I believe it should but just double checking.  Thx!

Approve and Deny button are no longer present.
