Description of problem: Tag info does not show at service details page

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a catalog item for ansible playbook.Order service.
2. Go to MyService and select service . Policy - Edit tags - Tag service. 
3. Tag info is not shown on the service details page
