Description of problem:
The BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1429466
fix the migration problem but no info to the user why the migration failed.
I think it will be more helpful to know why we failing the migration

turning this to an RFE to show a better error message if the scheduler will not find any hosts eligible for migration.
