Description of problem: Latest update of Ox broke multi_xml test suite: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/package/rubygem-multi_xml?collection=f26 The question is what if this is issue of the test suite of multi_xml really produces wrong results using latest Ox. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): rubygem-ox-2.4.13-1.fc26 rubygem-multi_xml-0.6.0-2.fc26 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info: Not sure if it should be fixed on Ox or multi_xml side ...
The commit in Ox causing it: https://github.com/ohler55/ox/commit/238607ccdfa6b2025765c67a560199d890408d9c
It looks like there is a problems with default value of white-space handling mode in Ox. But not entirely - one failing test in multi_xml would remain. :-( The problem with default value has been fixed later in Ox, but the latest Ox upstream version 2.5.0 is still problematic.
Reported here: https://github.com/ohler55/ox/issues/179 We can revert the commit in Ox for Fedora. But upstream use to be pretty quick.
