[RFE] hexadecimal-encoded key authentication should be available with fence_agent

Description of problem: There is no option to use hexadecimal-encoded key in current fence_agent which is required for Cisco C240 M4SX CIMC. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. use fence_agent. 2. Try to use hex encoded authentication. 3. There is no such option. Actual results: No such option available Expected results: There should be option to use hexadecimal-encoded key for authentication. Additional info: With ipmitool, it is possible to use it but in fence_agent it is not available. Working: # ipmitool -I lanplus -y $(hexadecimal-encoded Kg key for IPMIv2 authentication) -H 10.0.0.1 -U USERNAME -P PASSWORD -L Administrator chassis power status Output: Chassis Power is on
