When clicked on "Storage" in the TREE on the left side panel on RHV Manager GUI, 
the list on the right side is empty (Attached image).

Looking at the screenshot I can see that the DC name contains an underscore, this is a duplicate of bug 1409849 and was fixed in 4.1.2
