Description of problem:
Wrong top title and wrong doc link on OCP env. with deployed service catalog

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OpenShift Master:v3.6.69
Kubernetes Master:v1.6.1+5115d708d7 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to web console 
2.check top title 
3.check learn more link on resources pages

Actual results:
2. It wrongly displays "OPENSHIFT ORIGIN " on top of web console 
3. learn more link on all resources page wrongly point to Openshift Origin product link.

Expected results:
2. It should display "OPENSHIFT CONTAINER PLATFORM " on the top of web console 
3. learn more link on all resources page should point to Openshift Container Platform product link.

Additional info:

I checked this issue on OCP, the top title and doc link url is correct now. Since v3.6 hasn't been released yet, access to these learn more link will get 404 error.
