Specifically, we need to add most of the parameters defined in roles/openshift_logging/README.md to all of our example hosts inventory files, particularly the *_version ones.

And, remove references to the old "openshift_hosted_logging_*" ones, or at least mark them as DEPRECATED.

All openshift_hosted_logging/metrics bugs have been marked deprecated.
