Description of problem:
After my laptop suspend, touchpad is disabled. Only a reboot fix the issue.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Suspend laptop
2. Resume laptop

Actual results:
Touchpad disabled

Expected results:
Touchpad enabled
