Hui, Does the the SSA should run on the image itself? I have run SSA on https://cloudbase.it/windows-cloud-images/ (RHOS9 and CFME 5.7.3.1) and got the following error: "Unable to mount filesystem. Reason:[end of file reached (EOFError)]"

Reason:[end of file reached (EOFError)]" Ido, No, SSA supports both openstack images and instances. But for your case, seems like the those images from Cloudbase are specialized. Probably we never test this scenario. May I have your environment? or please upload evm.log. Thanks,
