Description of problem:
Field is named Device Mountpoint (optional), which is missleading because if left blank, the Unable to attach Cloud Volume "test-vol" to cockpit_test_jistefan: missing required parameter params[:device] error pops up and volume is not attached.

Looks like this is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1449279 which was fixed in 5.8, closing.
