The documentation provided

Is valid and needs to be documented downstream.
The only part that we should wait for is the github link that includes the openshift + logging (viaq) installation and it will soon be updated with openshift 3.6 installation instructions.

All of the RHV side deployment of collectd and fluentd is as mentioned in the ovirt-site. Also, What we collect.

We usually use On_QA for documentation bugs that are being peer reviewed. But as this has been confirmed by engineering I guess i can move it.
