Fedoras 26 and 27 already have LibRaw-0.18.2. So can we close this? Or is this about earlier Fedora versions that have 0.17.2? Since the security impact is low, maybe we are better off leaving them alone.

However, if it should pose a problem feel free to close this tracker and leave it be, the security impact of these is quite low.
We can't update 24 and 25, as that would require a soname change.
