Description of problem:

After I upgraded to latest tcmu-runner build, I am not able to start gluster-blockd as well as tcmu-runner.

It fails with following error:

-- Unit gluster-blockd.service has failed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to latest tcmu-runner build
2. systemctl restart tcmu-runner
3. systemctl start gluster-blockd 

Actual results:

gluster-blockd fails to start as it is not able to start tcmu-runner internally.



Expected results:
********************
gluster-blockd should start successfully and it should start tcmu-runner successfully too.

After upgrading to latest build , the tcmu-runner restarts works fine. gluster-blockd service start stop restart works fine.

Marking the BZ verified with following build:

gluster-block-0.2.1-1.el7rhgs.x86_64
tcmu-runner-1.2.0-4.el7rhgs.x86_64
