Description of problem:
I've just installed a F26 system (net install).
at my first login, gnome-initial-setup appears, asking to complete some form.
after completing the 3rd page, I press "Next button" and gnome-shell crashes, bringing me back to GDM

100%

In journal I can see this error

the same crash appears when you enable "Location Services" in the Privacy item in Control Center
