Description of problem:

navigating to deployment roles clusters 
 undefined method `merge' for #<Array:0x0000001a67e688> [ems_cluster/show]

How reproducible:
100 % 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to compute --> infra --> Deployment Roles
2. Click on one of the clusters 
3.

Actual results:

Page cannot be displayed 

Expected results:
Display the cluster page

I can't seem to reproduce this on either master or the fine branch; I'll dig some more to see if it's something that was possibly fixed recently.
