Installing python-bugzilla on d.g.o is a more-than-trivial security risk. Considering d.g.o has been compromised in the past, I'm going to uninstall python-bugzilla and remove the cron. I'll also be copying out the scripts so this can be done the right way.

The Jenkins job is now merged and working. I've removed python-bugzilla from the server.
