Description of problem:

Message "Creation of Template (template name) from VM <UNKNOWN> has been completed" appears in the audit log when creating an instance type.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "Configure > Instance Types > New".
2. Fill the instance type name.
3. Submit the dialog.

Actual results:

The instance type is created and the following messages are added to the audit log:

- Template (template name) was created successfully.
- Creation of Template (template name) from VM <UNKNOWN> has been completed.

Expected results:

The instance type is created and the following messages are added to the audit log:

- Template (template name) was created successfully.
