Seen in f24 (python3-coverage-4.2-1.fc24.x86_64). Replication info here: https://github.com/mikem23/replicate-coverage-bug Upstream bug here: https://bitbucket.org/ned/coveragepy/issues/583/fatal-python-error-with-threaded-unit-test This bug appears to be fixed in version 4.3.2. I was able to confirm this by rebuilding from the f26 branch for f24 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=19609238 I suspect the bug will also manifest on f25 since the version there is also 4.2.1
