Description of problem: It would be helpful in CloudForms when looking at the details of providers if instead of or in addition to showing the how many minutes / hours / days ago that the last refresh completed, if we could show a date/time stamp. Reason being, I've noticed many times in the past, if a refresh completed just a minute or two ago, and you start another refresh, it's hard to tell for sure it's completed unless you are very diligent in refreshing and watching for it to complete, or taking note of the times.
