ibus-ui-gtk3 should not run in GNOME since GNOME has the owned panel icon for ibus.

Similar problem has been detected: Logging into GNOME from GDM3. Desktop froze for about 30 seconds (with no mouse movement) without any wallpaper or GNOME shell top bar, but with SSD activity (so OS wasn't frozen). Returned to GDM3 in about 30 seconds. Logged in again and GNOME started fine. reporter: libreport-2.9.1 backtrace_rating: 4 cmdline: /usr/libexec/ibus-ui-gtk3 crash_function: XKeysymToKeycode executable: /usr/libexec/ibus-ui-gtk3 journald_cursor: s=797563116ab545d4b7ebb5b46e702330;i=f80ee;b=ae20d1d30fea433f83a0577c88e1096e;m=3d7d673;t=554e41400b0a3;x=fcac24fef4c44573 kernel: 4.11.10-300.fc26.x86_64 package: ibus-1.5.16-3.fc26 reason: ibus-ui-gtk3 killed by signal 11 rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000
