missing button

Description of problem: Click on the ansible tower provider page . Grid/Tile View buttons are present. Refresh the browser. Buttons are gone

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a ansible tower provider .refresh . Inventory is shown and View buttons are shown on the right top corner .
2. refresh the browser . View buttons go missing .see screenshot .
3. click on the refresh button in CFME (in the top Configuration bar) , buttons are loaded again.
