1452570 – There is HTTP 404 error info when convert guest to glance by virt-v2v

   The problem of item 2.2.3 also could be reproduced on virt-v2v rhel7.4 builds, could I file a separate bug on rhel7.4 and move this bug to verified status?

Yes please -- although I suspect it is a very similar case (if not the same) as bug 1318922.
