This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

Changes to implementation in net/http package cause 3x increase in CPU for apiserver and failing kubemark CI jobs upstream.  This BZ is to ensure we don't lose track of needing a solution to this issue before we build OpenShift 3.7.
