Unlike the situation described by BZ 1404354 , this is not intermittent failure but always fails. Customer is requesting information regarding if this should be working in his environment, and if the anser is "yes' then how do we reproduce this bug internally, or what diagnostics are needed from the customer environment to troubleshoot this?
