Description of problem:
Failed power operation on middleware server appears as green OK

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.perform a power operation on a middleware server when connection to hawkular is unavailable
2.
3.

Actual results:
a message "connection refused" appears in green as if it was successful

Expected results:
red error message (with same content)
or better (but much more complicated) - block/grey out operations when they are impossible
