Description of problem:
Collectd and fluentd are at the moment logging to /var/log/messages which is not even collected on engine by log collector, for debugging purpose it would be better to have separate log files for them for example /var/log/ovirt-engine/{collect,fluent}d.log

Actual results:
Logging of collectd and fluentd is in /var/log/messages


Expected results:
Logging of collectd and fluentd should be forced to use separate logs for collectd and fluend only
