Clones for this which has to go back to OSP8. LSP8/9 downstream only, OSP10/11 upstream still.

moving POST as stable/newton merged https://review.openstack.org/#/c/466797/ needs to go into OSP10 instack-undercloud build

does this need to be targeted at OSP 10? as it's currently targeted at OSP 12

see comment #1 we have clones for each version, this one is for OSP10. It is for fixing Version  OSP10 but we are hoping to get this into OSP12 timeframe. hope that helps?
