Description of problem:
After create a project, click on the kebab button on the specific project panel

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openshift v3.6.84
kubernetes v1.6.1+5115d708d7
etcd 3.1.0


How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to web console, create a project
2. In the project panel , click the Kebab button

Actual results:
The console goes to the overview page

Expected results:
The kebab menu should be shown with reasonable items

This was fixed in https://github.com/openshift/origin-web-common/pull/81
and will be in the next version bump of common into the console.

There's a related edit project issue fixed by

https://github.com/openshift/origin-web-catalog/pull/254

will update the bug with the origin-web-console PR when it's up.
