Description of problem:
On a fresh install (and I suppose on upgrade as well) the "Topology Default Items in View" value shouldn't be Unlimited.

This should have been addressed by:

https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic/pull/251

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh install or upgrade


Actual results:
The "Topology Default Items in View" is set to "Unlimited"

Expected results:
On a fresh install or upgrade we expect the "Topology Default Items in View" to be limited (as per PR mentioned above to 100).
