always on certain setups


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to run installer in xterm in its default configuration


Actual results:
Main character of the spinner displayed as box.


Expected results:
Spinner should be displayed correctly on widest range of terminal emulators


Additional info:
Previous versions had ASCII only spinner

Initially it was adujicek who had a problem in his gnome-terminal: attachment 1280353 [details]

The bug is fixed in upstream. spacewalk.git:
