Description of problem: CFME reports display items from duplicate names. For example, in Reports Datastores, or Online VMs (Powered On) - see attached Reports_UP_VMs_with_same_name.png The duplication comes from having the history kept in the CFME Database. I'm afraid I do not have this report anymore. and in my current CFME machine, I do not have a reproduce of it. The report screen shot is attached.
Occasionally, automation operations vm online test fail on that Reports->Operations->Online VMs show VMs, that no longer exist in DB. That is, the number of online VMs displayed in the Reports is larger than the one in the DB. Attaching Reports screenshot, from a recent test failing on this. CFME-5.8.2/RHV-4.1.6

I tested reports with the latest 58 based on c59f3dbe2692fbf98f91ee05725aebc336b0f612 commit. I run following steps: 1. I added ovirt provider based on latest engine 4.2 (master) 2. I run started 2 vms out of 5 3. Queued "Online VMs (Powered On)" report 4. Saw no duplicates 5. I stopped one of the vms 6. Cloned template with the same name 7. Started it again 8. Queued "Online VMs (Powered On)" report Both reports contained no duplicates. Please provide the steps how to reproduce the issue.
Such up VMs duplicate is seen from time to time in automation. It may appear since to same CFME appliance, same RHV envs are connected/removed. When it will reproduce, I shall contact you.
Dave, Could you please help us check if this bug a general issue in CFME? In order to reproduce (or any provider), there might be a need to add & remove providers, to the same CFME appliance, so that history VMs will be displayed in the online VMs report.
