This behavior is still present on OSP10

0) start instance on compute1
1) poweroff compute1
2) evacuate to compute2
3) poweron compute1
4) live migrate from compute2 to compute1
=> migration fails with 
2017-05-30 02:47:49.323 1014 ERROR oslo_messaging.rpc.server DestinationDiskExists: The supplied disk path (/var/lib/nova/instances/2dd1b50e-efbf-4d7d-b680-a96e42f8c97c) already exists, it is expected not to exist.

5) (workaround) live migrate again from compute2 to compute1
=> successful migration 
$ nova show test
