The following error occurred during a packstack deploy:

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 192.168.1.13_nova.pp
Error: Duplicate declaration: Nova_config[libvirt/live_migration_uri] is already declared in file /var/tmp/packstack/4d8a8e7f825948a082bb8fdf039bcafe/manifests/192.168.1.13_nova.pp:48; cannot redeclare at /var/tmp/packstack/4d8a8e7f825948a082bb8fdf039bcafe/modules/nova/manifests/migration/libvirt.pp:120 on node c5abfdb8c834d6a7abf8e605ee157688aio-1.openstacklocal

This bugzilla has been removed from the release and needs to be reviewed and Triaged for another Target Release.
