This bug is to see if we should drop the tune.maxrewrite to 1024 per the linked email thread above and the docs in https://cbonte.github.io/haproxy-dconv/1.5/configuration.html#tune.maxrewrite

This is partially ameliorated by us bumping tune.bufsize to 32768.
