Description of problem:
See attached tracback. Occured when sat was processing RHEL3Update4
errata email notifactions. This is sat 360-embed

Note that:
- the satellite has had update 4 for a while
- the satellite never actually did the email notifcations for update 4
- satellite-sync is running and grabbed packages for rhel-x86_64-es-3
erratta (which I have no systems registered against)
- we run satellite-sync nightly
- email notifcatcations have been working for a while for other errata

So why the sat picked now to process email notifcations for update 4
is beyond me.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run satellite-sync to precess several new base arches
2. taskomatic shoudl kick in and look for erratta notifcations
3. taskomatic occasional does with oracle error

Actual Results: taskomatic dies due to Oracle error

Expected Results: taskomatic is happy and spams me more
