Description of problem: Some inconsistencies in Hosts listnav and Hosts Summary screen

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a hosts summary screen for a host that has no clusters associated with it
2. The listnav on the left does not display "Cluster: None" like it displays in the summary screen
3. The text in the listnav for Infrastructure Provider shows "Providers", which is incorrect

Actual results:
Providers: SCVMM
No mention of Cluster


Expected results:
Infrastructure Provider: SCVMM
Cluser: None (with no link)
