This is to track the request of backporting r206650 to RHEL7 gcc.  This patch disables emitting profiling in functions marked with a special attribute.

The linked testcase successfully passes with gcc-4.8.5-16.el7.{ppc64,ppc64le} while reproducing the issue with older releases.
