Cause:
The "nova hypervisor-stats" command does not take into account deleted nodes.
Consequence:
The values output by "nova hypervisor-stats" is not accurate when some compute nodes are deleted.
Fix:
Update the query used to grab the stats to avoid deleted compute nodes.
Result:
The ouput of the "nova hypervisor-stats" command now only take into account relevant compute nodes.
