Description of problem:
No matching package to install: 'pkgconfig(Qt5Declarative)'

qt5-qtdeclarative-5.7.1-7.fc26
qt5-qtdeclarative-5.9.0-2.fc27

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. BuildRequires: pkgconfig(Qt5Declarative)

Actual results:
No matching package to install: 'pkgconfig(Qt5Declarative)'

Expected results:
qt5-qtdeclarative-devel gets installed by help from pkgconfig magic.

You need pkgconfig(Qt5Quick) here, naming is confusing…

qt5-qtquick1 is deprecated/retired, no longer supported.

In fact, we had to retire it because it currently FTBFS against latest qt-5.9
