Verified, build otopi-1.7.1-1.el7ev is attached to erratum. Include bug 1518689. Verified, the rebased build otopi-1.7.5-1.el7ev is attached to the erratum. Bump to 1.7.7. We added there functionality needed for bug 1539040. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
