Upstream CI gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-multinode-upgrades-nv flagged an issue upgrading the cinder-volume service under pacemaker [1]. The issue has already been fixed on master and stable/ocata [2][3], and is recorded here for inclusion in OSP-11.
