This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Doc Text:	Previously, the python-rhsm library was incompatible with versions of the M2Crypto library without IPv6 support. The underlying source code has been modified to fix this bug, and python-rhsm now works with the mentioned versions of M2Crypto as expected.	Story Points:	---
