Description of problem: RHOSP has supported vCenter since version 4. This support is tied to the use of NSX technologies for the networking. Originally this was tested and documented using NSX-MH which recently reached EOL. There is a need to reproduce this stack using NSX-T, which supersedes NSX-MH, and integrate this into CI so that we can confirm it works on an ongoing basis. Alternatively we need to deprecated and remove the vCenter support - albeit given the likely impact of this we still need to test/support/maintain current state for some time to achive this.
