Description of problem:

Custom Reports Export button is active, but does not do anything.

5.8


How reproducible:

always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to CI > Reports, Import/Export accordion, pick "Custom Reports".
2. Select a report to Export
3. Click the blue Export button


Actual results:

Nothing happens.


Expected results:

A yml file should be downloaded.

Able to export report.
Verified in  Version 5.9.0.1.20171004215954_13427ce
