Description of problem:
True actions in the policy profiles tree have wrong icon.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control/Explorer.
2. Create a control policy, assign some event.
3. Assign an action to the event to the list "if ALL Conditions are True"
4. Create a policy profile.
5. Check the action in the policy profile tree.

Actual results:
The icon is incorrect, it is red.

Expected results:
The icon should be green.
