Description of problem:
Attempt to upload a package to yum repo by non-admin user with enough permissions fails with error:
Error during upload: Task 57d546a7-d284-43c7-9f76-46aee285c38f: ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound: Couldn't find User with 'id'=44 [WHERE (users.id IN (26,18,2,24,28,42,4,1,43,3))]

Satellite 6.3 Snap 2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create role with all Product/Repository permissions
2. Create user with mentioned Role
3. Attempt to upload any package to any yum repo

Actual results:
Following error is shown:
Error during upload: Task 57d546a7-d284-43c7-9f76-46aee285c38f: ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound: Couldn't find User with 'id'=44 [WHERE (users.id IN (26,18,2,24,28,42,4,1,43,3))]

Expected results:
Package upload was successful

This works now but the messaging isn't there, see bug #1478066
